DevOps - Rethink what you really need

Before you migrate everything to Kubernetes, or refactor your entire infra into 913 Terraform modules, or introduce GitOps “because it’s cool”...

Ask yourself: - Who’s the user of this system? - What’s the real pain point? - Will this change reduce toil, increase reliability, or speed up delivery? - Does this solve a customer problem, or just scratch an engineering itch?

Sometimes the most impactful thing isn’t adding more tooling. It’s removing complexity, tightening a feedback loop, or understanding why something is slow in the first place.

Start with the problem and end with reliability, simplicity, and measurable improvement.
